I decided to write about photography on my blog. I am a writer first, but I believe that an image/photograph is worth a thousand words; hence, I want to combine writing and photography whenever I can. In this present post, I want to talk about one of my photography series: the Coffee Shop Series.

Where is it? 259 Young Street, Montreal, Quebec
Où? 259 Rue Young, Montréal, Quebec
Why should you go? It’s a zero-waste outdoors coffee shop in the heart of Griffintown and it looks super cute and the coffee tastes super good. My mom loved her almond-milk cappuccino and when my mom loves something, you know it’s GOOD.
Pourquoi y aller?

Last week, I went to the States with my lovely parents. I’ll share all the things we did and where we stayed without writing a novel. Let’s start!

Last weekend, I remember telling my parents I wanted to go apple picking. I don’t know if I truly wanted to go, or if I just wanted to go out to combat boredom and take pictures for the sake of Instagram and edit them on VSCO (yes, I’m addicted to the app) because apple picking looks cool and it’s finally fall. Since I came back from France, I hadn’t spent any quality time with my parents and deep down, I really wanted to do something different and not just on my own. I wanted to get closer to them and do something they love for once.
